Tie Rod

This page explains a safe research workflow. It does not show a universal OEM number: publishing one without licensed evidence could cause a wrong order.

What must be identified

A tie rod can differ across generations, model years and markets of the same model. First identify VIN, engine code, transmission, drive, build date and component position.

Fitment verification workflow

  1. Identify make, model, generation, model year and market.
  2. Confirm engine, transmission and drivetrain.
  3. Verify the original number in an official or licensed catalog.
  4. Check supersessions, notes and build-date restrictions.
  5. Compare dimensions and connectors only as a secondary check, not proof of fitment.

Why no OEM number is shown

AutoVero will attach a number only with a source, verification date and exact fitment map. A search result or seller title alone is not sufficient evidence.
